TriMo led the revamp of Winship Cancer Institute's website, implementing a fresh visual theme and establishing connectivity to external healthcare services. This allows for dynamic content updates (e.g., cancer research and clinical trials) via APIs.
Approach:
TriMo led the revamp of Winship Cancer Institute's website, taking a patient-centered approach throughout the project. We began with a comprehensive discovery phase, conducting user research and analyzing existing website data to understand the needs of patients and caregivers.
Based on our findings, TriMo developed a new visual theme that aligns with the institute's goals and creates a positive and informative experience for users. We also implemented API integrations to ensure the website provides up-to-date information on patient profiles and clinical trials. Throughout the project, TriMo maintained close collaboration with the Winship Cancer Institute team to ensure the new website meets their specific requirements and exceeds the expectations of patients and caregivers.
Website Revamp:
Disney Fine Art Photography & Video
Overview:
Disney Fine Art Photography's website needed mobile optimization. While established, the site lacked responsiveness for tablets and smartphones, leading to missed potential clients (50% of traffic came from these devices).
Approach:
TriMo led the website revamp with a focus on modernizing the design and enhancing its mobile-friendliness. We conducted a thorough analysis of the existing website, identifying areas for improvement in terms of layout, navigation, and visual appeal. Our team then created a fresh and updated design that better reflects Disney's brand identity.
To ensure a seamless experience across all devices, we implemented a mobile-first framework. This approach prioritizes the design and functionality of the website on smaller screens, ensuring optimal performance on tablets and smartphones. Additionally, we meticulously maintained the core elements of Disney's brand identity throughout the redesign process, preserving the brand's colors, typography, and overall aesthetic.
Website Revamp:
Georgia Tech Research Enterprise
Overview:
Revamp the Georgia Tech Research Enterprise website to enhance its ability to showcase the institute's research excellence, foster collaboration among researchers, and align with Georgia Tech's brand identity. The goal is to create a more engaging and informative platform that effectively communicates the institute's research capabilities to a wider audience.
Approach:
TriMo led the website revamp, initially engaging in strategic consulting to gain a deep understanding of Georgia Tech's goals and identify areas for improvement. This strategic analysis provided a roadmap for the project, ensuring that the revamped website aligns with the institute's overall objectives.
Following the strategic consulting phase, our team migrated the website to the latest version of Drupal, providing enhanced security, performance, and user experience. We also ensured the website's design and content adhere to Georgia Tech's established brand guidelines, creating a cohesive and professional look. To improve user navigation and content accessibility, we reorganized the website's information architecture. Additionally, we implemented a robust content management system (CMS) to empower researchers to easily create, edit, and publish their content. Finally, we optimized the website for search engines to improve its visibility and attract more visitors.
